There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 294 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 294 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 294 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 4 Yeas: Barnes, Brice, Brown, Bunde, Carney, Davies, B.Davis, G.Davis, Finkelstein, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hanley, Hoffman, Hudson, James, Kott, Larson, Mackie, Martin, Moses, Mulder, Olberg, Phillips, Porter, Sanders, Sitton, Therriault, Toohey, Ulmer, Williams, Willis 1994-04-18 House Journal Page 3558 SB 294 Nays: Davidson, Navarre, Parnell Excused: Nordlund Absent: MacLean, Menard, Nicholia, Vezey And so, SB 294 passed the House. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Navarre later gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SB 294, and the reconsideration was taken up then.
